The public site

Browsing mkcastro.com collects nothing beyond what any web server logs. The contact form sends your name, email and message to me by email and uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam; Google's own privacy policy applies to that check.

The client portal

If you sign in to the client portal, I collect what you give me to build your website:

• Your name and email address, through Clerk, which handles sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Clerk receives your name, email and profile picture from Google and nothing else.
• Everything you put in your website brief: business details, domain preferences, brand colours, links, content, testimonials and the like.
• Logos and photos you upload.

This is used for one thing: scoping, quoting and building your website. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything unrelated to your project.

Where it lives

• Accounts: Clerk.
• Brief data: a Postgres database hosted by Neon.
• Uploaded files: private storage on Vercel, not publicly reachable.
• Email notifications to me: sent through Resend.
• The site itself: hosted on Vercel.

Cookies

The portal sets the session cookies Clerk needs to keep you signed in. The public site sets no tracking cookies.

Your data, your call

Email mkcastro24@gmail.com to see, correct or delete anything held about you or your project. Deleting a project removes its brief and files; your Clerk account can be deleted from within the portal or on request.
