Software for service businesses — any market

Inquiry to invoice

A website that captures leads is just the front door. I build the whole pipeline behind it — quotes, bookings, jobs, payments, inventory, accounting, reports. And if your business runs on paper or Excel today, I build the bespoke system that replaces them.

Built by a CTO-level full-stack engineer behind production SaaS platforms, business websites, and custom Next.js applications.

Live in production in under 24 hours.*

The mess

It starts at the inbox and runs all the way to the books.

For many businesses, sales starts in Messenger, Instagram, Facebook comments, referrals, and screenshots. Then operations run on paper, Excel, and memory. That works at first, but it becomes messy fast.

The result: missed leads, delayed replies, repeated questions, records that never match, and too much mental load.

A website is only the front door. The real win is a system that runs the whole pipeline.

Out front, you lose track of

  • who inquired
  • what date they need
  • what package they asked for
  • whether you already replied
  • who needs a follow-up
  • who is ready for a quote
  • who already paid
  • what needs to be prepared before the job

In the back office, nobody knows

  • which jobs are actually profitable
  • who still owes you money
  • what stock or equipment is left
  • what suppliers and workers cost you
  • expenses per job or event
  • what to hand the accountant
/02

Who it's for

Any business that runs on inquiries, quotes, and bookings — any industry, any market.

If your business depends on trust, visuals, referrals, and fast replies, your online presence should do more than look pretty. Your website should show your best work, answer common questions, collect clean inquiries, and help you move clients from inquiry to booking.

  • clinics and wellness practices
  • salons, spas, and studios
  • events and weddings
  • photographers and creatives
  • gyms, coaches, and trainers
  • rentals and property managers
  • schools and training centers
  • repair and trade services
  • restaurants and catering
  • professional services
  • shops with inventory

Still running on chat threads and spreadsheets? That's exactly where I start.

The same problems show up in every service business: scattered inquiries, repeated manual work, paper records, Excel trackers, and no clear dashboard. Whatever your industry, I turn those into simple software — inquiry management, booking workflows, client portals, and internal dashboards your team will actually use.

Turn paper, Excel, and manual workflows into custom software your business can actually use.

What's on my calendar tomorrow?

Three things: site visit at 9 AM, client tasting at 2 PM, and the supplier payout is due before closing.

Who hasn't been followed up this week?

Four inquiries have waited more than 48 hours. I drafted replies for each — want to review them?

What should I do next?

Collect the second milestone on the Reyes booking. It went overdue three days ago.

Operational costs

You own the bills. No markup.

Project pricing covers my work. The client shoulders direct operational costs: domain, server or hosting account, email, databases, payment processors, AI subscriptions, and any third-party services the system needs. Most small business websites only need a domain and a client-owned hosting setup. If a paid service becomes necessary, we decide before adding it.

Curious what those bills actually look like? Slide to your size, tick what you want your system to do, and see the honest monthly figure — most small businesses start at zero.

Event Designs by Tiffany

tiffanydecastro.com runs an event styling business end-to-end: a premium marketing site out front, a client estimator and booking flow in the middle, and a complete back office behind it — inquiries, bookings, payments, contracts, calendar, and full accounting across events, expenses, suppliers, workers, and rentals.

This is the full pipeline in production: one bespoke system where the website, the bookings, and the books all agree. That's what I build.

Questions

The things most clients ask before we start.

Do I need a custom system right away?

No. Many businesses should start with a better website or inquiry form first. Custom software makes sense when manual work, missed leads, or repeated admin tasks are costing you time or money.

Can you work with my existing website?

Usually, yes. I can review what you already have and recommend whether to fix it, improve it, or rebuild it.

Who pays for domain, hosting, and third-party services?

You shoulder the operational costs you own directly: domain, server or hosting account, email, databases, payment processors, AI subscriptions, and any third-party services your system needs. In practice, many small sites only need a domain and a client-owned hosting setup. If a paid service is needed, I tell you before we use it — no hidden markup, no surprise monthly bill.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Any service business that runs on inquiries, quotes, and bookings — clinics, studios, events and weddings, rentals, schools, trades, professional services. The industries differ; the systems are the same.

Can you build booking, dashboards, accounting, or CRM-like tools?

Yes. From simple inquiry forms up to full back-office systems: bookings, quotes, payment milestones, contracts, inventory, supplier and worker records, accounting, and reporting.

My business runs on paper or Excel. Can you replace that?

Yes — that is my favorite kind of project. We map how the business actually runs, then build a bespoke system around it. Internal tools count as much as client-facing ones; some of the most valuable software your clients will never see.

Do you only work with local businesses?

No. I work with clients in any market — local or remote, the process is the same.
